Web Designer (Hisar Location)
We are looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Hisar, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating attractive, user-friendly websites that provide an excellent user experience for our diverse range of clients, from regional agricultural hubs to emerging startups in the Hisar district. You will work closely with our content and development teams to design responsive, modern, and visually appealing web pages that align with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Layout Design: Design and develop website layouts, landing pages, and templates that reflect both modern aesthetics and regional brand values.
- Responsive Design: Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance across all devices.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with developers to implement design concepts and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in design and brand identity across all web pages and digital assets.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest global design trends and emerging web technologies.
- Visual Editing: Edit graphics, images, and videos as needed to enhance the visual storytelling of the website.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct website testing to ensure smooth functionality, cross-browser compatibility, and superior usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Design Tools: Expert experience with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
- UI/UX Principles: Deep understanding of user interface design and responsive web frameworks.
- Creativity: Strong visual design skills with a meticulous eye for detail and typography.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a professional environment.
- CMS Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress or Wix is highly preferred given the local market demand.
