Video Editor (Hisar Location)
We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team in Hisar, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting high-quality, engaging video content that tells a compelling story for our diverse range of clients—from regional industrial leaders to emerging influencers and startups in the Hisar district.
You will work closely with our creative and social media teams to produce professional videos that align with our brand identity and capture the attention of digital audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Production: Assemble raw footage into high-quality finished products, including promotional videos, social media reels, and corporate documentaries.
- Storyboarding & Editing: Follow scripts and storyboards to create logical sequences, ensuring the pace and flow reflect the project’s goals and regional brand values.
- Audio Integration: Select and edit background music, voiceovers, and sound effects; perform basic sound mixing and noise reduction.
- Motion Graphics: Design and implement basic motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and text overlays to enhance visual storytelling.
- Color Grading: Apply color correction and grading to ensure a professional and consistent visual look across all video assets.
- Technical Optimization: Export and optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) while maintaining high visual quality.
- Asset Management: Organize and archive raw footage, project files, and finished assets for efficient retrieval and future use.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in non-linear editing (NLE) software, primarily Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Design & Effects Tools: Strong experience with After Effects (for motion graphics) and Photoshop (for asset preparation).
- Creative Vision: A keen eye for composition, timing, and storytelling; ability to turn a simple brief into a cinematic experience.
- Multi-Format Expertise: Deep understanding of video aspect ratios and trends specific to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- AI Tool Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-driven video tools (like Descript or Runway) is preferred to stay competitive in the current market.
