Graphic Designer (Hisar Location)
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in Hisar, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-impact visual content that resonates with our diverse client base—ranging from regional agricultural enterprises to modern lifestyle brands and startups in the Hisar district.
You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to produce digital and print assets that capture attention and align perfectly with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Concept Creation: Design high-quality graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand identity (logos, brochures, and banners).
- Creative Storytelling: Develop visual concepts that reflect both modern aesthetics and regional brand values to engage the local audience.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with content creators and web designers to ensure visual consistency across all digital and physical platforms.
- Brand Integrity: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring every piece of collateral is consistent with the brand’s voice and vision.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with global design trends, color theory, and typography to keep our designs fresh and competitive.
- Multimedia Production: Edit images and create basic motion graphics or video snippets to enhance social media engagement.
- Quality Assurance: Review and polish all designs for layout, color accuracy, and print/digital readiness before final delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Motion Graphics: Familiarity with After Effects or Canva for quick, high-quality digital content is a significant plus.
- Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Creativity: A strong portfolio demonstrating “out-of-the-box” thinking and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Project Management: Ability to multitask, handle tight deadlines, and incorporate feedback in a professional environment.
- Print Knowledge: Understanding of print production processes, including file preparation and color profiles (CMYK vs. RGB).
