Data Entry Operator (Hisar Location)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team in Hisar, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and ensuring the integrity of information for our diverse range of clients, from regional trading houses to emerging service providers in the Hisar district. You will work closely with our administration and logistics teams to manage high volumes of data with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Input, update, and maintain accurate information into computer systems and databases from various source documents.
- Accuracy Control: Review data for errors, verify output, and correct any discrepancies to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
- Record Keeping: Organize and manage physical and digital files, ensuring they are easily retrievable for regional reporting and audits.
- Documentation: Prepare, sort, and interpret data for entry, ensuring all local and company-specific formatting standards are met.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all sensitive client and company information.
- Reporting: Generate regular data reports and summaries as needed by the management team to track operational progress.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine data backups and system checks to ensure smooth digital operations and prevent data loss.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Typing Speed: High typing speed (WPM) with a heavy emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hindi to handle regional documentation and communication.
- Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for spotting errors in large datasets and a commitment to precision.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple data tasks and meet daily processing targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with basic CRM software or ERP systems is highly preferred given the local market demand.
