Customer Support Executive (Hisar Location)

We are looking for a patient, communicative, and solution-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Hisar, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience for our diverse clientele—from local businesses in the Hisar industrial belt to digital consumers across Haryana. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to resolve queries, manage feedback, and uphold our brand’s reputation for excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Query Management: Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and help them navigate product features or service issues with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Communication: Maintain a professional and empathetic tone that reflects both modern service standards and regional values.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update profiles in our CRM system to maintain service consistency.
  • Feedback Loop: Collaborate with internal teams to report recurring issues and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Technical Support: Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and guide them through digital platforms or account setups.
  • Quality Assurance: Follow communication “scripts” and company policies to ensure a superior and uniform customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in Hindi and English; ability to converse comfortably with the local Hisar demographic.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM software (like Zoho, Zendesk, or Salesforce).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to resolving conflicts and addressing customer grievances effectively.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple chat windows or calls and meet response time targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Regional Context: Familiarity with the local market and consumer behavior in the Hisar and NCR-adjacent regions.
